Parties

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between evotranslation S.L. (NIF B10234567, C. Portales, 12, 10120 Logrosán, Cáceres, Spain) and the client placing an order.

Services

evotranslation provides web design, brand identity, e-commerce, UI/UX, website redesign, and landing page design services. All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables, revision rounds, and delivery timelines are described on each service page.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed and paid online via Stripe Checkout. Payment is required in full before work begins. By completing checkout, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.

Project Brief

After payment, you will receive a project brief template within 1 business day. The project delivery timeline begins from the date we receive your completed brief. Delays in returning the brief delay the project accordingly.

Revision Rounds

Each service includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions are applied to changes within the original brief scope. Requests outside scope may be quoted as additional work.

Delivery

All files and deliverables are provided digitally. Delivery timelines are estimates based on brief receipt and may vary due to revision rounds, brief completeness, or external dependencies.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, you receive full rights to the deliverables. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cáceres, Spain.
