Digital Delivery
All services provided by evotranslation are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved. Deliverables are provided by email, secure file transfer, or agreed digital channel.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines begin from the date we receive your completed project brief. Each service has its own estimated delivery timeline, stated on the individual service page. These timelines are business days and exclude public holidays.
Brief Requirement
Your project brief must be completed and returned before work begins. Incomplete or delayed briefs will delay the project accordingly. We will notify you if the brief requires clarification before we begin.
Revision Rounds
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revision turnaround is typically 2-4 business days per round depending on service type.
Post-Delivery Support
Post-delivery support is included for each service as specified on the service page. This support covers questions, minor corrections, and guidance related to the delivered work.
File Formats
Digital deliverables are provided in the formats appropriate to the service: PDF, SVG, AI, PNG for brand work; source code and deployment files for web projects; Figma files for UI/UX projects.
