We collect the following personal data when you submit a contact form, create an order, or pay via Stripe: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, and any information you provide in project notes or messages. We do not collect payment card data directly; this is handled by Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: process and fulfil your project order; communicate with you about your project; respond to enquiries; send your project brief template; and comply with legal obligations.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (when you place an order) and legitimate interest (when you submit a contact enquiry).

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal obligations, and for up to 5 years following completion of a project for tax and legal purposes.

Third Parties

We share your data with: Stripe Inc. (payment processing) according to their own privacy policy; and email service providers used for project communication. We do not sell your personal data.
