General Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, we have a limited refund policy. Please read this carefully before placing an order.
Before Brief Submission
If you cancel your order before submitting the completed project brief and before we have begun any work, you are entitled to a full refund.
After Brief Submission
Once we have received your completed brief and begun work, we cannot offer a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the work, we will apply revision rounds as included in the service to resolve the issue.
Non-Delivery
If we are unable to deliver the project for reasons on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
Process
Refund requests must be made by email to billing@evotranslation.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Stripe.
Spanish Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in Spain or the European Union, you may also have rights under the Spanish Consumer Protection Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU regarding right of withdrawal from digital services. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
